These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Risha Photo.
Booking
A session is confirmed once the details are agreed and a deposit or full payment is received. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform me as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
In case of unsuitable weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled.
Photoshoot Experience
I will guide you throughout the session to ensure you feel comfortable and natural. However, results may vary depending on conditions such as weather, lighting and location.
Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. The final selection and editing style remain at my discretion, consistent with my portfolio.
Usage
The images are provided for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written agreement.
Risha Photo retains the right to use the images for portfolio, website and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Risha Photo is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather conditions, delays or restrictions at locations.
